Testimonials:
"It is an absolute joy to work with Mazie.  She is extremely patient and knowledgeable, and knows exactly where to focus.  With her guidance and personal customization I have been able to prioritize myself and make lasting changes in my daily life that have restored my health and vibrancy.  Thank you Mazie!"

"With the practice of checking in with myself during the day, and then doing the breathing practice when my mind is Rajasic or Tamasik I was able to slow down and notice how severely depleted I was.  At first it was hard not going into an old pattern of do, do, do, and do more.  But then I was able to choose differently."

"I have been doing the chants and mantras out loud, for the first time ever. Completely embodied and without hesitation.  I directly attribute it to the chant you suggested while preparing food.  I am also finding my voice in other areas of my life.  As well as not needing to speak so much at other times.  Thank you for suggesting it as a practice.  And, for the guidance to just start out by listening to it."
